Morning and evening closing sessions
In the morning and evening plenary sessions we take the time to build community and spend time as a group. Led by Leen, we create a space and introduce daily rituals to share what is alive in ourselves and the group, and work with what is. It is a time for deep work, reflection, growing awareness and tapping into the full potential of the energy we nurture together.

The retreat takes place at Les 4 Sources, in Yvoir between Namur and Dinant, 20 minutes by bike from the station of Yvoir. The old farmhouse that welcomes us has been renovated with ecological materials and each room has a shower room.
Les 4 Sources is also a place where 6 families make the place live and animate a whole series of activities throughout the seasons. There are also 26 donkeys, 2 horses, a lama, an alpaca, a mulberry, 17 hens and a rooster!
The estate is accessible by car or train. Grouped car ride from the Yvoir train station is possible.
Address: Les 4 Sources, Fonds d’Ahinvaux 1, 5530 Yvoir, Belgium
